This tracker is used to monitor each chapter's satisfaction of Panhellenic EDI objectives. 

Chapter Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Initiatives

The Panhellenic community will only see improvements with collective efforts between and within chapters. We would like to recognize actions being taken by UCLA Panhellenic chapters below (information is provided by each respective chapter, chapters without information failed to provide it to Panhellenic):

Alpha Chi Omega

National:

  • Anyone woman-identifying is nationally allowed in chapter; asking nationals about membership eligibility for non-binary people


Chapter:

  • Exec: VP DEI, associated advisor

  • Officer serves on recruitment, matching, standards boards

  • DEI committee under exec officer

  • Include DEI content in chapter slides

  • Hold discussions on where to improve each major part of chapter with regards to DEI

  • Weekly DEI presentation during chapter that includes each of the following:
