The Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (OFSL) staff each advise a portfolio of chapters and offer any support needed. Some areas we suggest seeking support are around facilitating conversations on equity and inclusion, helping advise on accountability processes and outcomes, and group processing of chapter-wide topics.
