UCLA Panhellenic has established multiple committees (meeting weekly over the summer and into the school year) to maintain and bolster conversations surrounding equity, diversity, and inclusion. Panhellenic chapter members have been addressing topics, such as the implementation of diversity and equity education and inclusive recruitment practices, with the intention of developing discernible and long-term actions for necessary improvement.
