The UCLA Panhellenic Association is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive community for all students. We are proud to support students of all backgrounds — including student-athletes, students with disabilities, and both freshmen and upperclassmen — throughout their recruitment experience and time in Greek life.

Orientation will be held in the Grand Ackerman Ballroom at 4 PM on September 20th.

Round One – Open House

Sunday, September 21 | 8:00 AM – 7:20 PM
Monday, September 22 | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

During this round, PNMs will visit all 11 Panhellenic chapters. You’ll get

your first glimpse into each chapter’s values, culture, and sisterhood.

After Open House, PNMs will select their 7 most preferred chapters,

followed by their next 3 in ranked order. (Note: PNMs do not "cut"

chapters — the process is mutual selection.)

Round Two – Sisterhood

Wednesday, September 24 | 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM

PNMs may visit up to 8 chapters. During this round, chapters will offer

tours of their facilities and showcase their unique sisterhood experiences.

You’ll have meaningful conversations about what being in their community

is like.

This is also a great time to ask about financial obligations and

housing policies — including live-in expectations and accommodations.

After this round, PNMs will rank their 4 most preferred chapters, followed

by their next 4 in ranked order.

Round Three – Impact

Thursday, September 25 | 6:00 PM – 10:25 PM
Friday, September 26 | 4:00 PM – 9:50 PM

PNMs may visit up to 5 chapters. This round highlights each

chapter’s philanthropic work, community service, and the impact

their members have on and off campus. Chapters will also share

personal stories and values during longer conversations.

After this round, PNMs will select their top 2 chapters, followed by

the next 2 in ranked order.

Round Four – Preference

Saturday, September 27 | 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

PNMs may visit up to 2 chapters. Preference Round focuses on the most

meaningful elements of sorority life — sisterhood and ritual. This is the

most personal and emotional round, and PNMs should leave with a

deep understanding of their final chapters.

After this round, PNMs will complete their Membership Recruitment

Acceptance Binding Agreement (MRABA) with the support of recruitment

counselors.

Bid Day

Sunday, September 28 | 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Bid Day marks the beginning of your Panhellenic journey! PNMs will

receive their bids and chapters will celebrate and welcome their

newest members.

Additional Information

Recruitment at UCLA is a mutual selection process. While participating in recruitment does not guarantee a bid, it also does not require a commitment to join a chapter. UCLA Panhellenic is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity, and we encourage students of all backgrounds and identities to participate.

In order to participate in Panhellenic Formal Recruitment, PNMs must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE fee to cover all required Recruitment-related materials. Sign up before September 18, 2025 at 11:55 pm. No exceptions. The fee is $85 for the recruitment registration period.
